This is the new companion pet that is available through the in game shop. She currently costs $7. She is only available in the most current (retail) version. There is a note on the page that says she will be leaving the shop indefinitely on February 29, 2024. There is no mention of whether it will be available in any other way after that (some previous items that were for sale have mentioned going to the Trading Post, but this one does not say anything).

She only flies with you on regular flying. Sorry dragonriding lovers, but it's just too fast for the little bunny.

On a side note, if you have a ton of extra gold, you can buy a token and add it to your battle.net balance and buy her that way if you want!
