Allows Evoker spells to be cast while moving and is castable while casting. Does not affect empowered spells.

How it works

Hover is built from 6 client effects, applied in this order:

  1. Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 4. Its base value is 400.
  2. Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 4.
  3. Effect 3 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 4. Its base value is 40.
  4. Effect 4 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 77.
  5. Effect 5 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 488.
  6. Effect 6 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 226. It ticks every 0.5 sec.

What it does

Hover is a spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster) and effects that last 0.7 sec. When cast it applies an aura and applies an aura every 0.5 sec.

Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the current retail game build. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
