Quest line for the class mount Huntmaster's Loyal Wolfhawk starts at [npc=117810] on Broken Shore after completing Breaching the Tomb with a Hunter.

4. Night of the Wilds - talk to [npc=119953]. Follow the road and kill the ghosts in three steps. Turn on your Track Beasts ability to find them easily or use the waypoints:

Beastmasters don't get a further color from her, but [item=147580] instead.

I don't know if anyone else is seeing this, but when I logged in and hopped on this mount today, I noticed it's right shoulderpad and feathers closest to its body are wonky and twisted. When flying, both shoulderpads used to point up with the feathers flowing back, but now the one pad points back and the feathers point down.

This is the class specific mount for Hunters. All the mounts are obtainable through a special quest/scenario after unlocking flying and Broken Isles Pathfinder, Part Two:
