TheWoWDBLooks like the old Rockbiter Weapon spell effect. Basically a tiny Earth Shield on your weapon, with occasional faint bursts of lightning. Screenshots don't show it very well, as the most prominent thing about the enchant is the way the tiny rock orbits the weapon, leaving behind an expanding trail of glowing dust.
