Illusory Adornments are enchantments that apply a visual effect to shoulders. Unlike Illusions, these enchantments are temporary. They last a specific amount of time depending on their crafted quality.
Quality 1 is 1200 seconds (yes, really, that's how the tool tip shows it) i.e. 20 minutes, Q2 2400 seconds (40 minutes), Q3 1 hour.
