I rushed around and made 1 as soon as possible , spent 6000 on 11 felblight , and I still have the first 1 I made . Current auction price is 2000 and nobody wants one even at that price . Better off just selling your felblight than making gems .

Go to Aktar's Post in Tanaan Jungle. Sun-Sage Chakkis will have a quest for u to get the Apexis Gemcutter. Once the Apexis Gemcutter is at Aktar's Post, u will be able to make the Immaculate Versatility Taladite and in the process unlock the other recepi's. Bring Taladite Crystals and Felblight!

It's probably a bit late for a reply, but you can get the felblight on one short visit to Tanaan Jungle. It's not too much trouble to make one. Those prices are ludicrous and reflect the economy of the beginning of the patch.
