How it works

  1. Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 23. It ticks every 0.1 sec, 20 times over the full 3 sec. It triggers Implosion.

What it does

Implosion is a spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster) and effects that last 3 sec. When cast it applies an aura every 0.1 sec. It also casts Implosion (record #208507).
