It does not trigger the global cooldown, so it can be used between other casts.

What it does
Inner Light is a spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster), a 5 sec cooldown and an effect that lasts until cancelled. When cast it applies an aura every 5 sec. It also casts Inner Light (record #344009).
