How it works
Inquisitor Sinstones is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:
- Effect 1 is Dummy (effect type 3).
- Effect 2 is Quest Complete (effect type 16).
What it does
Inquisitor Sinstones is a spell with an instant cast and no range (it targets the caster). When cast it has a Quest Complete effect.
