A little late in replying ;) but wanted to check myself for use in Ashran. It is a Lvl 40 item (totem) with 1.9K Health, so wont last so long. Also it despawns after a minute regardless. The Effect above shows 5000 value but I guess squished to 1.9K now. Only usable outdoor in Draenor so should work in Ashran. Range also seems really short, around 5 yards. One cool thing. when you get close enough for the buff your character does a fist pump. Still does boost health by 30%.
