If the link is still intact when this effect ends, their mind shatters, dealing Shadow damage to enemies within 8 yds of them and Horrifying them for 3 sec.
How it works
Spells that share its cooldown category wait 20 sec after it is cast. It does not trigger the global cooldown, so it can be used between other casts.
