TheWoWDBGiven it's shown up this early before Warlords of Draenor hits and that we know from Blizzcon it will be a mount from Warlords of Draenor, I'd be willing to bet this could be the collector's edition mount for Warlords of Draenor.
Edit: As of the 16/01/14 it's been released as a store mount. You win some you lose I guess (:

When flying it will sway back and forth like the Sky Golem or do a barrel roll like the Armored Bloodwing.
Thankfully it only sways about half as wide as the Sky Golem.
This is by far one of my favorite mounts.
