Your harmful spells have a chance to afflict your victim with Vengeful Wisp, which deals damage every 3 sec. In addition, each time the Vengeful Wisp deals damage, it has a 10% chance to spread to a random nearby enemy.
How it works
Its aura has a 10% chance to proc when its trigger condition is met. It can proc at most once every 100 sec.
