When a Burning Ember fills up, your critical strike chance is increased by 15% for 5 sec. Haunt has a 10% chance to refund its shard when expiring. Shadow Bolt and Touch of Chaos have a chance to also cast Hand of Gul'dan at the target.

How it works

Its aura has a 8% chance to proc when its trigger condition is met. It can proc at most once every 0.2 sec.
