Jeweled Lockpick

Noone else is mentioning it but, since you can use a level 106 toon to use his skill and Jeweled Lockpick to open a box. the result will get you and item level 106 green. I am not sure if these can become epic, but I do know that if you unlock the box and sent it to an 110 level alt, the item in the box will be It level 110.
I open them with my lower level JC and then mail them "unlocked but unopened" to a 110 level toon. This way i can get some of those random greens to proc up into the epic levels. Opening a box with a relic[item=141286] that procs up higher allowed me to sell a 110 holy relic,http://www.wowhead.com/item=141286/rite-of-the-valkyr&bonus=1726 level 845 for 150k gold.
The moral of the story is have your high level toon open the LeystoneLockbox [item=121331]

Can be used to unlock [item=121331] and any other lower level lockbox.
Only uses 1 Sangrite so a fairly cheap way to level your JC 700 - 720 before skill ups become green.

If you can't find Clive Cozen, it's because you need to progress through the jewelcrafting questline up to and including Bruls Before Jewels (the questline with Jabrul in Val'sharah)
