TheWoWDBWhile it's not great in corrupted or lost areas, it can be pretty handy right before Alleria, since her RP takes around 8-10 seconds, you can sit down and restore 100 sanity before starting the encounter.
Also, don't trust the wowhead guide which says if you sit for the whole 20 seconds the +100 sanity will occur twice - it won't. Learned it the hard way, by failing my full clear while Alleria was at 12k hp :(

2nd tick not restoring any sanity? Has anyone experienced this too? I've sat for the full 20s and only restored 100 sanity.
It states spend at least 10 sec and you get the sanity, not every 10 sec ;)
