How it works

Killing Spree is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:

What it does

Killing Spree is a spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster) and effects that last 8 sec. When cast it applies an aura every 2.5 sec and applies an aura. It also casts Shadow Step.
