TheWoWDBStandard recipes learned from Legion Leatherworking quests in each zone will carry you easily to level 80. A little struggle from 75 to 80 as the recipes go green. But from 80 yo 100 is fairly easy. You need to buy the recipe for Gravenscale Girdle Rank 2 with 250 Sightless Eye in the Dalaran Sewers (easy to earn). That recipe will be yellow from 80 to 100. Just make sure to have 60 or more Blood of Sargeras (Soulbound, so not in the AH). This is the EASIEST method I can suggest. Other guides online would've made me farm over 5,000 Stonehide Leather and over 5,000 Stormscale... Not necessary.
