TheWoWDBContrary to what has been posted on this item (even by blue posters), you can in fact obtain it from a standard LFR drop on Primordius. A bonus roll is not required. I stopped collecting Mogu Runes of Fate months ago, and I just got this item today without a bonus roll.

I got one of these of Primordius in LFR. I don't use coins on him so it had to be main loot or bag.
