TheWoWDBhow does one know if this passive is active? obviously you need to have all (except back,...) gear made of mail for this to apply... i'm just curious if it is apparent when you are wearing all mail. i assume it shows up as a buff.

Good question, there's no visible buff. And watching my Agility within my attributes on my character tab. The only loss I see when equipping a non-mail item is just the stat on the item itself. (I used a Russet Hat and Reinforced Leather Gloves from Cloth and Leather merchant in Org to test)
