It does not trigger the global cooldown, so it can be used between other casts.
- Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 13. It triggers Elixir of Major Shadow Power.
What it does
Major Shadow Power is a Shadow spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster), a 1 sec cooldown and effects that last 1 hr. When cast it applies an aura. It also casts Elixir of Major Shadow Power.
