Increasing casting speed by 30%.
How it works
Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.
Mana Motivation is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:
- Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 65. Its base value is 30. It triggers Void Burst.
- Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 61. Its base value is 5.
What it does
Mana Motivation is a Shadow spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster) and an effect that lasts until cancelled. When cast it applies an aura. It also casts Void Burst. It stacks up to 99 times.
Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the current retail game build. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
