How it works
It does not trigger the global cooldown, so it can be used between other casts.
Mecha-Blast Rocket is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:
- Effect 1 is School Damage (effect type 2).
- Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 3. It ticks every 1 sec, 4 times over the full 4 sec.
What it does
Mecha-Blast Rocket is a Fire spell with an instant cast, a range of 40 yards, a 1 min cooldown and effects that last 4 sec. When cast it deals Fire damage and applies an aura every 1 sec.
