- Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 21. Its base value is 2 per tick. It ticks every 5 sec, 60 times over the full 5 min (120 base in total).
What it does
Mind Quickening is an Arcane spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster) and effects that last 5 min. When cast it applies an aura and applies an aura every 5 sec.
