Not usable in Shadowlands, and there's no replacement. No more mining while mounted :(
In the previous zones, you could even mine in flight, avoiding aggro from melee mobs.
These work alongside Monel-Hardened Hoofplates and Leatherworking Coarse Leather Barding. This way you can mine, herb and interact with treasure chests while moving faster and not getting dazed/dismounted by mobs while mounted. This works for all mounts not any druid forms.
