While in this form, single-target attacks against you have a 15% chance to make your next Lunar Strike instant.

How it works
Casting it triggers a 1.5 sec global cooldown. Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.
Moonkin Form is built from 12 client effects, applied in this order:

What it does
Moonkin Form is a spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster) and an effect that lasts until cancelled. When cast it applies an aura.
