How it works
Mug Taking Charge is built from 3 client effects, applied in this order:
- Effect 1 is effect type 160, which the datamine does not name. It triggers Elemental Carnage.
- Effect 2 is Trigger Spell (effect type 64). It triggers Taking Charge.
- Effect 3 is Power Burn (effect type 62). Its base value is 100.
What it does
Mug Taking Charge is a Physical spell with an instant cast and no range (it targets the caster). When cast it burns a resource on the target (base value 100). It also casts Elemental Carnage and Taking Charge.
Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the current retail game build. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
