- Effect 1 is Spawn (effect type 46). Its base value is 1.
- Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 23. It ticks every 1 min. It triggers Nethaera's Light Periodic.
What it does
Nethaera's Light is a spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster) and an effect that lasts until cancelled. When cast it has a Spawn effect and applies an aura every 1 min. It also casts Nethaera's Light Periodic.
