TheWoWDBHaving assumed that I could salvage any potion from the expansion I tried to use this on Flask of Saving Grace and it cannot be done. Check the tooltip before you invest in huge amounts of cheap Khaz Algar potions.

Glad to see someone else posting this - aggravating that it's still not fixed! The 1- & 2-star quality of Flask of Saving Graces are not in the list to make Coreway Catalyst, only the 3-star quality. Everything else of flasks, phials, and potions (including slumbering serum) are. Have submitted this as a bug report in game.
