Complete the set of daily Shado-Pan quests. Only then will Surprise Attack! be available.Great looking mount, especially considering the other colors of Cloud serpents available. I still am not certain why everything Blizzard calls "Onyx" actually ends up looking "purple" though. Must be my monitor lol.
