How it works
Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met. The aura is spent after 1 procs.
- Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 42. It triggers Overclocked Strike.
What it does
Overclock is a spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster) and effects that last 15 sec. When cast it applies an aura. It also casts Overclocked Strike.
