Peep the Phoenix Mount

Allright, the Legendary phoenix mount, titled, "Peep the Phoenix", has not been aquired yet. However, a ridable Epic mount is availlible, titled, "Ashes of Al'ar", which drops off Kael'Thas Sunstrider in Tempest Keep. The drop is not off Al'ar himself, though the title implies this. Indeed, a young boy did get the Epic mount as a gift from the Make A Wish Foundation.

Well, there are 2 versions of it. Peep's whistle is not possible to get, while you CAN get Ashes of Al'ar. I think they have the same model, too. If I'm wrong could anyone show a shot of Peep?

Somehow, I doubt it. I wouldn't expect a rare epic flying mount to drop off a sub-boss, when it could just as easily drop off Kael'thas (who actually summons phoenixes during his encounter). Nobody has legitimately obtained it yet, and I think Al'ar has only been downed twice.
