- Effect 1 is effect type 189, which the datamine does not name.
- Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 4.
What it does
Pepe is a spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster), a 1.5 sec cooldown and effects that last 1 hr. When cast it applies an aura.
