- Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 23. It ticks every 5 sec. It triggers Flare.
What it does
Periodically Cast Flare is a Holy spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster) and an effect that lasts until cancelled. When cast it applies an aura every 5 sec. It also casts Flare.
