This guest's RSVP is now permanently unlocked for all characters in your Warband. You no longer need to earn it for each Ember Court.
How it works
Permanent RSVP is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:
- Effect 1 is Dummy (effect type 3).
- Effect 2 is Quest Complete (effect type 16).
What it does
Permanent RSVP is a spell with an instant cast and no range (it targets the caster). When cast it has a Quest Complete effect.
Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the current retail game build. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
