I feel like this is the best item for followers but it's going to be costly for a while to get.
Due to the rate at which the missions spawn, the value of [item=162109] is pretty low (specially if you have Lilian Voss unlocked), so I agree, this is the best follower item IMHO. Prices are coming down pretty fast now that more people are spamming Mythic+ for the [item=162460]. I have actually 53 in my bags (haven't crafted anything yet as Alchemist+Scribe).
