How it works

Possibility Matrix is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:

  2. Effect 2 is Dummy (effect type 3). Its base value is 50.

What it does

Possibility Matrix is a Shadow spell with a 3 sec cast and no range (it targets the caster). When cast it has a Quest Complete effect.
