How it works
It does not trigger the global cooldown, so it can be used between other casts.
- Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 4. It applies the knockbacked mechanic. Its area radius is 200 yards.
What it does
Power Vacuum is an Arcane spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster), a 3.5 sec cooldown and effects that last 3 sec. When cast it applies an aura with the knockbacked mechanic in a 200 yard radius. The client files the whole spell under the knockbacked mechanic.
