TheWoWDBWith the pre-BFA changes to the profession system, this may now be the most straightforward way to level WoD jewelcrafting from 1 to 100.
Primal Spirits can be easily farmed in Tanaan Jungle (alongside some decent coin in the process). It would just come down to how easily you can supply the 495 Blackrock Ore and 555 True Iron Ore (you need 60 just to buy the recipe).
You would also end up with 198 Taladite Crystals, which have limited uses nowadays (I do believe they vendor decently?).
