How it works
It does not trigger the global cooldown, so it can be used between other casts.
- Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 23. It ticks every 0.5 sec, 6 times over the full 3 sec. It triggers Purifying Flame.
What it does
Purifying Flame is a Fire spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster), a 5 sec cooldown and effects that last 3 sec. When cast it applies an aura every 0.5 sec. It also casts Purifying Flame (record #269921).
