How it works
It does not trigger the global cooldown, so it can be used between other casts.
- Effect 1 is Area Aura (Party) (effect type 35). It applies aura type 23. Its area radius is 20 yards. It ticks every 5 sec. It triggers Rallying War Banner.
What it does
Rallying War Banner is a spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster), a 30 sec cooldown and effects that last 6 sec. When cast it applies an aura to the party in a 20 yard radius every 5 sec. It also casts Rallying War Banner (record #291087).
