How it works

It does not trigger the global cooldown, so it can be used between other casts.

  1. Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 23. It ticks every 0.5 sec, 16 times over the full 8 sec. It triggers Rapid Shot.

What it does

Rapid Shot is a spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster), an 8 sec cooldown and effects that last 8 sec. When cast it applies an aura every 0.5 sec. It also casts Rapid Shot (record #142476).
