Rascal-Bot

Although the spell description on the Wowhead page as of build 17056 indicates this pet is Pierre, the PTR uses this spell ID for the Rascal-Bot Engineering pet. (It looks like both Pierre and Rascal-Bot are Engineering pets in 5.4 though--recipes for both are learnt when getting [item=100910] from Vale of Eternal Blossoms on the PTR).

Flavor text from the PTR Pet Journal: "This little guy seems to like to hang out at the fringes of cataclysmic events. There is no evidence to suggest he has anything to do with the cause of these events, though - he's probably just an observer. Or maybe he just gets lost on his trek to other places."
