TheWoWDBI looted this pet from Ravasaur Matriarch's Nest, a rare nest of eggs on the ground next to the big trees near the Ungoro raptors.
It doesn't drop no longer from Ravasaur Matriarch after Patch 3.3.

This particular hatchling has slightly squinted eyes in comparison to the other Hatchlings. It will occasionally let out a tiny raptor screech, much like the Obsidian and Razormaw varieties. It is also a size larger than the other Hatchlings.
