After 12 sec the Congealing Goo reforms and is restored to full health.
How it works
Recongealing is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:
- Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 395.
- Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 23. It ticks every 0.2 sec, 48 times over the full 12 sec. It triggers Recongealing.
What it does
Recongealing is a spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster) and effects that last 12 sec. When cast it applies an aura and applies an aura every 0.2 sec. It also casts Recongealing (record #202265).
