For now yes, but blizzard reps have posted that they will be adding more mounts to the game to make the achievement easier to obtain.
If anyone's been wondering what this mount looks like, given that there are several 'reddish' Dragonhawk skins in game, there seems to be a picture with a Red Dragonhawk in it on a recent wowinsider post.
