How it works

Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met. It can proc at most once every 0.5 sec.

  1. Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 42. It triggers Retaliation.

What it does

Retaliation is a spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster) and effects that last 5 sec. When cast it applies an aura. It also casts Retaliation (record #22858).
