Tooltip
Chrono-Lord Deios reverses the flow of time, restoring his own temporal energy while inflicting 3 Arcane damage to players every 1 sec for 12 sec.
While this is in effect, players gain the effect.
How it works
Rewind Timeflow is built from 3 client effects, applied in this order:
- Effect 1 is School Damage (effect type 2). Its base value is 3. Its area radius is 200 yards.
- Effect 2 is Energize (effect type 30). Its base value is 10.
- Effect 3 is effect type 203, which the datamine does not name. Its base value is 6. Its area radius is 200 yards. It triggers Time Sink.
What it does
Rewind Timeflow is an Arcane spell with an instant cast and no range (it targets the caster). When cast it deals Arcane damage (base value 3) in a 200 yard radius and restores a resource (base value 10). It also casts Time Sink.
Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the current retail game build. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
