How it works
It does not trigger the global cooldown, so it can be used between other casts.
- Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 23. It ticks every 2 sec, 3 times over the full 6 sec. It triggers Rift Blast.
What it does
Rift Blast is an Arcane spell with a 1 sec cast, no range (it targets the caster), a 3 sec cooldown and effects that last 6 sec. When cast it applies an aura every 2 sec. It also casts Rift Blast (record #329458).
