Is there anywhere in the crafting instructions that explains WHICH specialization skill needs to be increase to create the top tier Runed Writhebark? I have looked and cannot seem to find it. Bad enough that so much of the professions are locked behind rep, and you must apply points to your skills. Seems like Blizzard would have at least added a small addition to the skill system explaining WHICH specialization we need to apply points to.
Am I just missing it? Any help would be greatly appreciated. TYIA
